1. About us

Zanzero Flux ("we", "us") provides software that helps traders structure and automate parts of their workflow. We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or brokerage services. Our Service may integrate with third‑party brokers you choose to connect to.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity on your account.

3. Service description (no financial advice)

The Service provides information, analytics and automation tools. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial or investment advice, an offer or solicitation to buy or sell financial instruments, or a recommendation for any strategy. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

Markets are volatile and past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or results.

4. Pricing, trials, billing & auto‑renewal

• Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable UK VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
• Free trials convert to paid plans unless you cancel before the trial ends. We will state the length of any trial during signup.
• You authorise us to charge the payment method on file for recurring fees. You can update or cancel at any time via your account.

5. Cancellations & refunds

• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, or subscriptions that you did not cancel in time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• For digital services, if you request immediate access you acknowledge and agree that any statutory cooling‑off right may be lost once the Service is fully provided during the cooling‑off period, to the extent permitted by UK law.

6. Risks & no performance guarantees

Trading foreign exchange, CFDs and other leveraged products involves a high level of risk. You may lose all of your invested capital. We make no guarantees of profit or performance and accept no liability for your trading decisions.

7. Permitted use & restrictions

• Do not misuse, reverse engineer, disrupt or overload the Service.
• Comply with all applicable laws and your broker’s terms.
• Do not share credentials or resell the Service without written permission.

8. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Service and its content. You receive a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to use the Service while your subscription is active.

9. Privacy & data

We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR. Please read our Privacy Notice for details of what we collect (e.g. name, email, date of birth, marketing preferences), how we use it, legal bases, retention, and your rights. This Terms document and the Privacy Notice are linked and should be read together.

10. Availability & changes

We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Subject to the above, we exclude all implied warranties and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees paid by you to us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Third‑party services

Broker connections and other integrations are provided by third parties subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third‑party services.

13. Term & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach or unlawful use. You may terminate at any time via your account settings.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident elsewhere in the UK or EU may benefit from mandatory consumer protections in their place of residence.
